This newly built unit offers a spectacular view of St. John  and Jost Van Dyke.  It is above the two bedroom unit that  has been carefully designed for privacy. Located just five  minutes drive from Apple Bay Beach or Long Bay Beach.
THE LIVING-DINING ROOM	The Living-Dining room area has built-in electric shutters that offers an open room with a steady Caribbean breeze or they can be lowered to provide shade.
THE KITCHEN		The Kitchen has a 15 foot counter top allowing you ample space for cooking, liming and gazing the multi-island view.
THE BEDROOM	The Bedroom has an enchanting European balcony overlooking the flower garden with view of Jost Van Dyke from the king size bed.
		The overhead fan and louver window ensures a cool breeze in the entire room. At the same time the bedroom is fully screened for your comfort.
THE BATHROOM	The Mediterranean style bathroom is very roomy and is equipped with bath and beach towels.
THE POOL		The newly built swimming pool is accessible to both units.  Surrounded by a large deck with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. It is set in a perfect location to ensure privacy for the guests.
